Website Redesign

The original website for Southern Impression Homes was outdated and didn't adequately convey the professionalism of the company to prospective partners or clients. Our goal was to create a cohesive, competent website that informed visitors at a glance that Southern Impression Homes was a leading name in the industry and skilled at what they did. We made sure its design was contemporary and stylish, with a few touches of modern animation effects to keep things interesting and plenty of information and resources to keep site visitors tapped into news and advice for real estate investing and to establish SIH as knowledgeable experts.

Investment Properties

As with any real estate business, keeping track of available properties is critical. Not only do you have to make sure sale status is up to date, but the site also needs to cater to people trying to comb through a lot of data in order to find very specific — and expensive — products that suit their needs and will help them make more money than they end up spending. We developed the Investment Properties tool on the Southern Impression Homes website to make searching for properties a breeze, and added the addition feature of a comparison tool to ensure the pros and cons of each property were clear.

Floor Plan Comparison

Southern Impression Homes has a catalogue of over two dozen floor plans of different architectural types, from single-family homes to quadplexes and just about everything in between. Each is strategically designed for rental tenants, made for both attracting reliable renters and for optimizing their living space. With such a variety of great homes, investors looking for the right build need to be able to see what each has to offer — so we designed and developed a Floor Plan Comparison Tool to make comparing their assets simple and easy. By streamlining this process right on the SIH website, we're able to reduce the friction between a potential client searching for a floor plan and making a purchasing decision.

Investing Education Blog

With several years' worth of webinars, podcasts, e-books, and articles all about investing in rental properties and making passive income as a property owner, Southern Impression Homes needed an appealing and organized way to exhibit all their expertise. We designed and developed an Umbraco-based blog that collected their resources in one place and allowed site visitors to easily search for what they were looking for or browse through the whole lot, putting the scope of SIH's experience right at potential clients' fingertips.
